Tiny Tim with Bill Webber, a local TV celebrity

Though I never met Herbert, I, like so many others feel like I know him.

I'm a member of the Board of Directors of the Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia, an organization made up of 250 local Broadcast professionals.

On our website (www.broadcastpioneers.com), we have a photo of your late husband from 1968. He was in Philly to appear with Bill Webber, a local TV celebrity (and one of our board members) on a charity telethon.
