Cappy Tiny Tim's New Manager As DeBlasio Quits

Ron DeBlasio of talent-management firm DeBlasio, Wald & Day, Yesterday said he has severed his relationship with Tiny Tim because he is "tired of playing nursemaid."
   Joe Cappy, Tim's manager now with him at Las Vegas Fremont, said reason for the split is a "misunderstanding," and claims DeBlasio "wanted out."
   DeBlasio said Tim didn't show up last Friday for the So. Calif. Festival of Flowers at Century City, for "capricious reasons," but Cappy said singer couldn't make it because he was suffering from sciatica.
   Cappy previously was Tim's eastern manager. He now will handle all dates.
